Air India Express is all set to connect Doha and Thiruvananthapuram with non-stop flights. The airline will deploy its flagship Boeing 737-800 on this route.
Air India Express : Doha meets Thiruvananthapuram
The Low Cost Subsidiary of TATA Group, Air India Express is all set to start a new route from the capital of Indian state, Kerala. The airline will connect Thiruvananthapuram International Airport with Doha Hamad International Airport with non-stop flights.
With effect from October 29, it will operate 4 times weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The airline will deploy its flagship aircraft – Boeing 737NG on this route. The Boeing 737 of Air India Express has 186 seats in an all economy class configuration.

IX 373 : Departs Trivandrum at 13:30 hrs and arrives at Doha Airport at 16:00
IX 374 : Departs Doha Airport at 17:00 hrs and arrives Trivandrum at 00:10 hrs
Air India Express and Air india are set to sign a codeshare agreement under which the airline will leave those routes meant for business class travel. TATA Group has handed the job of making the new livery and logo for Air India Express to FutureBrands. The airline will retain the iconic tail arts which it wears on aircraft’s tailfin which represents the culture of India. The new logo and livery will come painted on the 1st Boeing 737 MAX of the airline.
The airline is expecting delivery of first Boeing 737 MAX in October this year. It will get 55 Boeing 737 MAX earlier destined to Chinese carriers like Okay Airways, Shanghai Airlines and China Eastern Airlines. It is expecting delivery of 23 Boeing 737 MAX by end of March 2024.
